Refosco, also known as Mondeuse, this red wine grape can produce high quality, deeply colored wines with concentrated flavors reminiscent of tart plums and a finish that is slightly bitter. Other names for this Mondeuse Noire grape are Grosse Syrah, Molette Noire, Savoyance, and Terrano.
